❊2 When our professionals handle the items, for those with very professional packaging that is sufficiently sturdy for international logistics, we will directly use the original packaging without disrupting the arrangement of the goods inside the box.
❊2 For those whose packaging is not sturdy enough for international logistics, we will replace it with a new box and use bubble wrap or cushioning materials inside for reinforcement.
❊2 For customers with such handling needs, we do not charge for the new box or reinforcement fees, unless there are other special requests.
❊3 Lithium batteries cannot be mailed separately. Lithium batteries in digital cameras, etc., must be installed in the camera before mailing. For detachable lithium batteries in cameras, a maximum of 4 can be mailed at once; for built-in lithium batteries, a maximum of 2 can be mailed per shipment.
❊1 Notes on International Return and Exchange Service:
Please note that we only accept cases where the user contacts us on the same day the goods are received and obtains our confirmation.
Users need to retain all items related to the received goods, including packaging; we will not provide assistance if anything is discarded.
◎: Return Process
If you find any issues with the received goods, please contact us through the service section of the website backend on the same day as soon as possible.
Please provide a detailed description of the issue, your requests, and possible photos.
We will respond within the same day at the earliest or within three days at the latest regarding whether we can provide the corresponding assistance.
If we agree to assist, please cooperate according to our instructions.
If we determine that assistance cannot be provided, please do not contact us again using any other methods.
◎: Return Fees
Depending on the complexity of the assistance, the fees range from 3,000 to 10,000 yen.
Fees that users need to bear:
- International logistics costs to Japan.
- Domestic logistics costs in Japan; if the merchant is willing to bear these, no payment is required.
- If the merchant is unwilling to bear them, you will also need to cover the domestic logistics costs in Japan.
In the case of a return, we will fully refund the merchant’s payment to the user’s designated account.
In the case of an exchange, we will send the new goods to the address specified by the user according to their requirements.
All domestic and international logistics costs incurred during this process must be borne by the user.
◎: Responsibility Definition
Our role is to facilitate direct communication between the user and the merchant.
We are not the entity selling the goods and do not accept direct return or exchange requests from users.
We do not guarantee that the merchant’s response will fully meet the user’s demands.
This includes the possibility that the merchant may change their response midway through the process.
After the user understands and accepts our service,
we will not accept dissatisfaction, complaints, or legal disputes regarding our role as facilitators.
In principle, Japanese merchants generally only accept returns or exchanges for unopened and unused goods.
Based on this, we also, in principle, only accept return or exchange requests for unopened and unused goods.
