Please note:
"Estimated delivery time" is for reference only. Actual delivery times may be affected by factors such as customs inspections in the origin/destination country/region, holidays, weather, or flight/shipping schedules.
Different shipping methods have varying restrictions on package weight and dimensions (length, width, height, girth, etc.). Please pay attention when selecting. Specific restrictions can be found in the official regulations of each logistics provider or in system prompts when creating a shipping order.
Some shipping methods may not support delivery to certain countries/regions or may have restrictions on specific product categories (e.g., items with lithium batteries, liquids, powders, etc.).
2. International Shipping Fees and Service Fees
Your total international shipping cost primarily consists of the following components:
International Shipping Fee:
Calculated based on your chosen shipping method, the actual weight (or volumetric weight, whichever is greater) of the package, and the destination country/region.
We charge strictly according to the official pricing standards of our partner logistics providers, with possible adjustments based on market conditions.
[Important] After your items arrive at the warehouse, the system will automatically calculate the exact international shipping fee based on your package details and selected service.
Value-Added Service Fees:
Additional fees may apply if you opt for extra value-added services.
Japan Domestic Shipping Fee (if applicable):
Some Japanese sellers may charge domestic shipping fees to deliver to our warehouse. This fee will be communicated to you in advance and collected accordingly.
3. Value-Added Services (For a More安心 Package)
To enhance your shopping and shipping experience, we offer the following optional value-added services:
Reinforced Packaging:
For fragile, valuable, or specially protected items, you can opt for reinforced packaging. We will use bubble wrap, fillers, cardboard, etc., to provide extra protection for your package.
Photography Service:
If you’d like to confirm the condition or contents of your items before shipping, you can choose the photography service. We’ll take photos of your items as requested after they arrive at the warehouse.
4. Important Notes
Prohibited/Restricted Items:
Please strictly comply with the import/export laws and regulations of Japan and your destination country/region. Mailing any items prohibited by air transport or customs (e.g., flammable/explosive materials, drugs, weapons, animals/plants, pirated goods, high-pressure spray cans, etc.) is strictly forbidden.
Some items (e.g., electronics with lithium batteries, food, cosmetics, liquids, powders, etc.) may be restricted by the shipping method or destination country/region.
We recommend checking relevant regulations or consulting our customer service before purchasing. You will bear all consequences (e.g., return, destruction, or fines) resulting from mailing prohibited items.
Refer to: [Japan Post or other relevant agencies’ prohibited items list page]
Customs Duties and Taxes:
Depending on the customs regulations of the destination country/region, your package may be subject to duties, VAT, or other taxes upon entry.
These fees are borne by the recipient and are not included in the shipping or service fees paid to TokyoDoor. Customs will directly contact the recipient for payment.
Tariff policies vary by country/region; we suggest you familiarize yourself with your local regulations in advance.
Insurance and Compensation:
Most international shipping methods include a basic level of insurance.
For high-value items, we strongly recommend purchasing additional commercial insurance or selecting a shipping method with higher insurance coverage.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please inspect the outer packaging upon receipt. If there’s any abnormality, take photos as evidence and contact us and the carrier promptly to file a claim.
